Verified members write articles inside the member portal: save drafts, preview privately, and submit for editorial review. Nothing becomes public until it has been reviewed and approved.

Editorial Standards
Submissions must:

- be accurate and current
- be written for Canadian readers
- identify jurisdictional differences where relevant
- avoid misleading guarantees
- avoid excessive self-promotion
- disclose material conflicts
- cite primary legal authorities where appropriate
Criminal Lawyers Canada may edit, decline, update or remove contributed material. Approval applies to a specific reviewed version; substantive changes after approval require another review.
