Terms of Use
By using Criminal Lawyers Canada you agree to the terms below.
No legal advice
Criminal Lawyers Canada is a directory and information site. It is not a law firm, it does not provide legal advice or representation, and using the site does not create a solicitor-client relationship. Information on the site is general and may not reflect the law in your province or the facts of your case. If you are facing a criminal charge, speak to a lawyer.
Listings
Listings are compiled from public sources and from information submitted by firms. Inclusion is not an endorsement or a rating, and we do not verify the outcome of any matter. We may add, edit, decline or remove a listing at our discretion. Firms are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit and for complying with the advertising and marketing rules of their law society.
Membership
Membership is an optional paid subscription billed monthly or annually until cancelled. It provides the directory features described on the membership page and eligibility to submit content for editorial consideration. It does not guarantee search ranking, enquiries, publication or any particular result. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and ends member features at the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, copy or republish the directory, submit false information, claim a listing you are not authorized to manage, or use the contact forms to send unsolicited marketing.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact form.
