Privacy Policy
This policy describes what information Criminal Lawyers Canada collects and how it is used.
Information you submit
When you complete a form on this site — claiming a listing, adding a firm, proposing content or contacting us — we store the information you enter, such as your name, firm, email address, phone number and message, together with the page you submitted from. We use it only to respond to your request and administer your listing or membership.
Usage information
We record basic analytics about how pages are used, including referring pages and campaign tags in links, so we can understand which parts of the directory are useful. This is aggregate usage information, not a profile of an identified individual.
Payments
Membership payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider’s secure checkout and are never stored on this site. We retain only the record that a payment was made and which plan it relates to.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site (hosting, email delivery and payment processing), or where required by law.
Access, correction and removal
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove a listing. Use the contact form and select the option that matches your request.
